Getting the exact size
I am very pleased with this product. Sloan valves are the exact replacement needed when servicing a men's urinal. The product was packed very well, all components were in the box, and it was an easy instillation. Thank you, Sloan Regal, for having an exact replacement.

Good Sloan valve at reasonable kit
I needed to replace a cracked Sloan valve body from the 1970s. This one fit perfectly. I had to trim the discharge pipe with a hack saw and used sand paper to remove burrs.

Missing parts
I order the Sloan Regal XL Flushometer with the 3/4” pipe. It was missing the screw coupling that is part of the spud coupling assembly (PN: F-58-A). I called Sloan and they said they do not have any authorized dealers on Amazon therefore it is not covered under warranty. I cannot find the dealer’s contact info. I would love to make this a five star rating but until I have the full assembly I wasted $111.00!

I purchased the Sloan Regal 186-1 XL Exposed Urinal Flush Meter Valve expecting durability and efficiency, but it fell short. The valve started leaking after just a few weeks of installation, and adjustments were difficult to make. Additionally, the materials feel less sturdy than advertised. For the price, I expected a reliable product, but this was disappointing. I would not recommend it unless improvements are made.

Bought it for my clinic in the South and can’t get it to work, just to find out if the pressure is not above 10-++ psi, it’s not going to work… Check your water pressure first if if you have to, get a pressure pump just to flush the urinal
