Can’t use all handles
It’s cool aesthetically and I can place my favorite mugs on it but it doesn’t seem like you can use each row without potentially breaking one of the mugs from how they intertwine.

Excellent, fairly heavy mug tree rack that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very nice.
This mug tree rack was very easy to put together. Really, there's not much assembling to it. It was easy for me to do, and it doesn't take up much counter space.The rack is made of strong stuff and is heavy on the bottom, so I feel comfortable about hanging my favorite mugs there, and I really needed the cabinet space. That's the reason I ordered this mug tree, and it's everything it said it was.Excellent product, very easy to assemble, does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well.

Scratched up
Ordered twice since first time arrived scratched then second comes scratched as well. Kept it anyway since annoying to return again it’s not that’s sturdy but it’s got a nice look & will be ok to display a few holiday mugs which is what I bought it for

Not ideal for larger mugs, but sturdy and dependable
Easy to assemble (as simple as sliding in the poles and screwing on the ball ends) and looks good. However, you won't be able to use the lower two arms if you're using larger mugs exclusively.

It’s metal!
This metal mug tree is very well made. Goes together easily and stands firm and straight. The base is nice and wide so there’s no wobbling.
