This is a great value for the money. It was a cinch to assemble-and I did it by myself in 30 minutes. It easily fit my old metal frame and looks fantastic. It also came in 3 days (well before the Jan 2-6th window given when ordered). There IS indeed a dye odor when you open the box. Thanks to other reviews, I simply put it on our screened-in porch over night and in the morning the smell was gone. Highly recommend!

I'm really please with this headboard. I ordered it in a queen size black, and it's very affordable. The quality is solid and it looks great once set up. The black color is clean and modern and instantly upgraded the look of my bedroom.

This was very easy to assemble but I did notice a slight odor when I opened it. I had to air it out in the sunshine and douse it with Lysol and that took care of the smell. It is a good value though. Looks nice in my room.

Very easy to assemble and attach to my new bedframe. My only issue was that my frame had very heavy duty square tube legs, which the provided bolts of the headboard were about one-half inch too short to connect it to the frame. A quickvrun to the hardware store fixed that easily. I'd actually mistakely ordered a twin instead of a queen but attached that to a twin bed in the guest room and ordered the queen fir my new bedframe.

I have a queen size bed with an adjustable base and needed a headboard to finish the room. I wanted something padded but without too much tufting or buttons, and this one was perfect. It has three rows of squares that are top stitched for added interest without being too much. The color was perfect to contrast with the light walls and coverlet on the bed. If I change paint color or bedding, the dark gray will be easy to work with. The quality of the stitching is excellent and there are no irregularities. Padding is perfect. Because I won't be mounting this to the bed frame, it is simply sitting behind the head of the bed against the wall. I will probably use either a French cleat or command strips to affix it to the wall if is doesn't stay still, but so far, no problem. Customers reported a strong smell out of the packaging, and it is true. However, after opening it in the patio, I sprinkled it heavily with baking soda and lightly brushed it into the fabric letting it sit in the fresh air and sun for a bit. I vacuumed it up and for the most part, the heavy chemical odor was gone. I gave it a light spray with Fabreze fabric spray and it did the trick. I have two other similar headboards with bed frames and the same was true for them so I knew it would work. Overall, this was a perfect way to dress up the bedroom with very little effort or money and I would recommend this product. If you're on the fence, buy it!

Were fixing up my son's room and needed a headboard. We looked in all the usual stores in town and weren't really happy with what we saw unless you wanted to break the bank. Searched Amazon and found this headboard and he liked it. It got here in 3 days and in good shape. I think it is great quality for the inexpensive price. We finished painting a couple of days ago and I just put it together today, easy peazy. We're all happy. Pictures posted.
