Good sturdy case that zips up. Bought for transporting my baby's epipens. EpiPen users may like to know: two epipens only fit if you take them out the boxes or really really squash the boxes.

We had one of them for years for one of my children. It is sturdy and keeps all you medicine intact without squashing it.

Sturdy, good quality, and large enough for an epipen and roughly 10 straps of tablets/capsules. Has a little mesh pocket on either side to keep things in place, and red colour makes it easy to find in a hurry. However, a label for identification, allergy, and contact information somewhere inside would be a great addition.

I have just been given 3 syringes, 6 needles, a bottle of powdered drugs and a tube of saline solution to carry with me at all times. Wanted some sort of medical alert pouch to carry them in,( given in plastic bag ). Everything on line was for epipens not for syringes, however took a punt on this and it holds all of the above + some sterile wipes. Particularly like the fact that it is a hard case. Have put it in a clear freezer bag to keep clean which also means I can put the emergency documents with it incase I 'm unconscious. May have to swap to a slightly bigger handbag than the normal clutch bag I have used in the past, but it is still very neat and being bright red with cross on it, immediately visible in bag if, ( hopefully not ! ) needed. Needed a medical pouch to carry drugs, alcohol swabs +/- injection supplies safely in hand-baggage and this does the job perfectly. It's a hard case so ampules superbly protected and cross on bright red casemakes it easy to locate in my bag at security etc. Indeed it's actually so good I just store everything I need in it at home when I'm not travelling as its easily identifiable and keeps everything together. Only issue is clip karabiner it comes with is rubbish so replace it with one of your own

Perfect protection for my inuse insulin pens that don't need to be cold. Just what I needed for every day use.
