No support whatsoever, it is just an extra layer in your footwear. Do not buy this if you want something that actually does something for your foot. Only buy it if you need a placebo to help you feel better that you have tried because the description of the product sounds like it might be helpful.

For me it did not do the job mainly because the shoe shape is awful from the beginning.

It was nice fitting and comfortable, I ordered it for my 9 years son who has a flat foot.

Could have been more spongy. it's perform the job but kinda squish easily.cause thin
