This is a fantastic pour over kettle, if you could call it that. It's tiny...and I don't know that it would be great for heating the water but what I do is heat it to boiling in my electric kettle, then dump it into this. It's super easy to do and allows me to have incredible control when I'm pouring. It's worth every penny for this usage. I believe it has a capacity of 12 oz, which is perfect for me.

This is the perfect size little pour kettle, great for using a Vietnamese coffee Phin drip. Great quality!

Perfect size for watering inside potted plants without any mess. Also, would be nice for using to pour cream into tea/coffee. Good looking and attractive enough to set out in the open. Multiple uses around the house and do not hide this small watering can … set it out in plain view as beautiful!

A little pricey for what it is, but it seems to be a solid purchase. Pourability is smooth and the weight is light. It is 12 oz if you fill it to the brim. So if you are needing to boil 12 oz water, I would caution you and recommend purchasing one of these with a larger capacity (for the sake of preventing a boil over and burn risks). I needed this to boil 10 oz of water, which I would them pour into my Chemex (coffee maker). When I filled it with 10 oz of water, it was approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the brim. After boiling the water in this, I did not notice any strange tastes... mind you, I did pour the water into my coffee makers.

Bought this as a travel kettle to go with a Hario V60. I love this little kettle! Perfect for visiting family who don't have a gooseneck kettle, just boil water in a standard kettle, pour into this, pour over coffee. Since it's metal you can keep it warm on the stove, though I wouldn't bother boiling water in it, it's too small. The only con is that the spout is pretty fragile. I kept the box it shipped in.

Very handy little small spout pitcher. It is small (holds maybe 2/3 of a cup), but the description and dimensions which appear in the product description are 100% accurate. I use it to slowly pour hot water over coffee grounds to make a single cup of pour over coffee. It is perfect for this.

This is stainless steel. Perfect if you are a single-use coffee drinker--it doesn't hold enough water for anything more than one cup of coffee. I really like it because it was cheap and it does exactly what I bought it for.
