Best thing i ever got. i didn't get the chance to use it for my tank but i did get to use it for my terrariums and it nice. its, durable, thick, function is nice and helpful for my needs in plants and terrariums. worth its money. only regret is that i didn't buy more then. i will buy again!

originally thought product was far thinner than advertised. Apparently it needs to be soaked, because it is vacuum sealed for shipping.

I thought this would be half an inch. Is only 1/4" thinck. Will return for thicker size.

I bought this sponge 4 years ago and I still use it to this day. Continues to do its job effectively. Great durability and quality definitely a long-lasting filter pad worth buying.

Cleans fish tank well as a filter and able to be cut to size. Can be rinsed if necessary.

Great for cutting to specific sizes, gives you lots to use. Easy to cut. Works great. Rinse it first before using.

Delivered on time. Comes quite flat but follow directions and it puffs up nicely. I put it in the sun and it took no time. Have just cut to fit my Tidal 75 and is not obstructing flow that I can tell. Added as a middle layer before the polishing pad to reduce debris floating around the tank within 2 weeks of cleaning my 55 gallon. Several corydoras kicking up debris so hoping this helps to clear the water without chemicals.

Sponge was very condensed but this does come with instructions on how to bring back the sponge pieces to original size. I put one piece in warm water for 10minutes. Rinse, cut what I needed and it worked out really well. Great purchase.
