Never buy this item from Amazon. I bought this on 15th Nov 2020. Exactly after one year, on 15th Nov 2021, it stopped its working. I contacted Amazon, they said they wouldn't take any responsibility after return period of 10 days and advised me to contact manufacturer. First I emailed the manufacturer but it was not delivered and I posted a letter to the manufacturer, no reply till now. One more thing , there is an additional warranty with ONE ASSIST. I don't know what happens when I contact them.

First of all I was not aware that it doesn’t work in normal plug points, I had to buy a separate adapter for it.1. It started leaking the moment I poured water into it (it comes with a measurement cup, so used it… definitely not too much water)2. calcium deposits come out as soon you set it horizontally.3. The steam function does not work.4. And it’s got a quite cheap looking finish.Not something I expected from this brand. Disappointed. Would not recommend it.

Product was delivered on time. Product was fresh . It's so easy to use and does the work well one should definitely have this one . Gets on the temperature fast . And is really good one. Not so light in weight as it's a steam one and water is been filled . The steaming function is also very good!

The iron is good and as it is heavy it ensures wrinkle-free ironing. At times and in some products the iron doesn't glide as stated, but that doesn't bother the usage. I am happy with it!
