I wish there was a resource to call and get advice for how to use the product. I've only taken 2 per day just before first meal of the day.

These are pretty good digestive enzymes, they worked on the short term for me. Unfortunately, because of the bromelain I started having stomach cramps. Bromelain comes from pineapples, and too much bromelain is too acidic for me. I will stick with Digestive Bitters for now.

It passed the oatmeal test...somewhat. I opened and poured 1 capsule into ¹/2 cup of oatmeal and it started to sweat the oatmeal in about 10 minutes minutes. After 30 minutes the oatmeal was somewhat liquidy but still had a good portion of solids. To get better results I takes 2 or 3 capsules before a hardy meal, depending on the contents and portion size of the meal. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE MORE THAN THE DOSAGE INDICATED ON THE BOTTLE. I'm doing it this way because I want to and my portion sizes are above average.
