Are these reusable? Or do you need to buy a new pair when you change your trainers?

technically reusable but I found that I pull really hard on mine and I put a drop of super glue in the end and that would technically make them not reusable. technically reusable but since you will cut the ends off when you put the end cap on, you would need to burn the end of the lace to make them easy to re-lace through. so ... with all that said...technically yes but you will really get a new pair that will color match :)

I put the laces through the round part eithout pushing the button. Now the button won't push. Won't it supposed to”lock”?

You have to squeeze the button to put the leases through in the first place. Then when you let go of the button it locks the lease is in and you have to push it to open it each time. Pull the laces back out squeeze the button then put them through the new holes.
