1 Pair Waterproof PVC Adjustable Shoulder Strap Replacement with Reflective Tape for Backpack

I did not know a product like this existed until I looked.. I originally thought I was going to have to dismantle a old backpack for my speaker project until I found these.. I ordered the ones with the metal clips and they seem to be really sturdy holding my 25 lbs speaker box that I built.

Bought to replace the straps on my 25+ year old ALICE pack that I use for traveling. The ALICE straps lasted for 20 years before starting to come apart, and that was after six continents, many camping/hiking trips, and some (serious) overloading at times. These straps...well, one four day wedding trip with a few clothes, toiletries bag and a paperback novel, and the stitching was already coming undone. I patched it up with some tent thread, canvas cement and a mattress needle for now, but i don't think these are really good for anything unless you are handy with the repairs.

Turned out I needed this and it existed and actually very comfortable and sturdy.Perplexingly, however, the cross strap connecting the shoulder straps in front doesn’t tighten as it is a obviously intended to. No way to readjust to fix it. Big oversight. I am using these for a wider than average bag so they tend to slide backwards over my shoulders and try to slip off. You would have same problem if you had a smaller bag and average or narrow frame. For my city day bag I can tolerate it but it’s a dealbreaker for any extended time or outdoorsy use.

These straps are great! The were used to replace a broken strap for my camera gear backpack! If you are looking for a quality set of straps these are them for sure. I tried three other straps before finding these ones. The quality of the materials/ stitching is far superior than the others I have purchased. The only con is that the straps are not padded as well as they could be and over time comfort drops off. Still they are the best I've found out there so far and i am happy with the purchase.

I used these to build a backpack for my guitar case...these and a few dog collars for their ultra durable D rings. Saved me a lot, and the straps are really well made and perfect for the job.

I wanted a new duffle bag with backpack straps for all my kickboxing gear but after seeing how much they cost, I bought these instead and modified my old duffle bag. They’re comfortable with a generous amount of padding and I have no problem adjusting the straps. Not the best looking duffle bag but it saved me quite a few dollars.

It's a good investment for the money. I'm not prepared to call it high quality. But it's good enough. Will need to see how it does under heavy use for a long period of time. But if you need something quick. This will do the job.

I got these to replace the Mountainsmith Strapettes for my Mountainsmith day lumbar pack. I think these straps are far more comfortable because they feel softer and are wider. The quality of the mountainsmith strapettes is probably higher but these no-name straps seem to be okay enough to last a long time.
