San Francisco Bay Decaf French Roast 160 OneCup

I really like this coffee. We have also used the Breakfast Blend, which we also like, but needed to switch to a decaf product. I like the concept of the mostly biodegradable pods, and this is the only brand that offers that. I do wish San Fransisco Bay would offer other roasts than French roast in decaf, though, as this one is stronger than I like. My solution is to run 2 cycles through, mixed together in a larger measuring cup and split the blended version between a regular coffee mug and a travel mug. The result is a milder brew and actually, cuts the cost per cup in half! The only drawback is that the filter portion of the pods (even with the other blends) is that there is residue in the bottom of the cup. I wish the filter were a bit more tightly knit. I solved this by also using a paper filter with each pod, but that shouldn't be necessary. Overall, though, I will continue to purchase this coffee.

I like these K cups with the less plastic. I like the taste of the coffee. Since the cups are not totally sealed, these cups need to be kept in an air tight bag or container after opening the original bag that the cups came in. The cost is great as well. I suspect the prices are lower due to cup design with less plastic.

I've purchased this coffee repeatedly for about a year now and wanted to add my vote to the great reviews it has received. My wife can no longer tolerate caffeine, so we needed a decaf. This is the only K-cup decaf the I've enjoyed as much as caffeinated coffees. We've surprised our guests who thought they wouldn't enjoy a decaf 3 out of 4 times now and I think it's better tasting than most caffeinated coffees I've tried.

This is the only coffee that my husband can drink without suffering from terrible stomach pains afterwards. And apparently dark roasted coffee is a lot healthier too. For some reason not many manufacturers realize that dark roasted coffee can also be decaffeinated.

This is great tasting coffee and because it's compostable you don't have to feel guilty about K-Cup Coffee. It doesn't have the aftertaste that many decaf coffees have.

Good price for a great product though I wish the packaging was a bit more clear about what parts can be recycled, etc.
