This product turned out to be complete hot mess...literally a mess. Overly sticky and spreads everywhere and the uv light is not strong enough to cure gel on nails.I'd recommend acrylics, press-on or dip before this. Anything but gel or maybe a different vendor at best. Wish I could get my money back or a new kit in general. Maybe the one I got was defective unfortunately...

Poly gels can be messy to apply but once you get the hang of it they harden well and last a real long time. This one is no exception. The set includes a nice array of glittery colors and other accessories to give some bling to your nail art. It also includes the lamp and everything you need for a finished product. I cured it 60 seconds on the UV/LED lamp and it was good enough. Just remember to trim your natural nail well before applying this so that the white part of your nail doesn’t show through!Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product.  I hope it has been helpful in providing you with more information.

This is a nice starter kit of poly gel from Orchids Fox for someone like me, a newbie. This kit actually does contain everything needed to use the poly gel on your nails. The tubes of poly gel aren't very big but I've found that in most kits of poly gel products. I love the glitter colors in this kit, I'm a sucker for shiny nails. I'm still learning how to use poly gel, it's not as easy as it looks but they just may be me.

So this is one of those things that is going to take some time and practice. As a beginner I am unsure if I was doing something wrong but it seems to be super thick around the nail. Tubes are somewhat small but the kit has nice colors. I like that they are a bit translucent because they are more forgiving of mistakes. I wish the kit had diffeent form options for different nail shapes. Otherwise it's a great kit, I just need more practice.
