Amazing little ladder!!! FULL PRICE REVIEW
Paid FULL PRICE, no discount trickery here! Just loving the product and letting others know about my experience.I have been thoroughly impressed by this product, as have many others. It collapses to under 3 feet tall, and expands to 10.5 feet. Perfect for our apartment where we have a loft 8 feet from the ground, and don't want a ladder there all the time.Everyone I've shown has asked who makes it, and I tell them China, and they're always stunned. ("Wait, that's made in China?!?!" Yup, I wouldn't have believed it myself but that's what it says on it!) Price is very attractive, it's extremely durable, it's built rock-solid and will undoubtedly last me for many, many years. Metal parts appear to be aluminum, which is perfect as it's both lightweight and won't rust over time (most ladders are aluminum or fiberglass). My only gripe, and this is more inherent, unavoidable design, is that if you don't immediately know what height you need, you often have to retract it all and adjust. Reason being: the top rungs stay collapsed if you're not opening to full height, which means the thicker guys take all the weight. That said, they're uniform in height, so you could also start opening from the top, count the unopened rungs, then retract and leave that many unopened from the bottom. At this point however, I've gotten pretty good at eyeballing it, and I don't even use it that much.Picture attached of it in use. Note that the top two rungs are collapsed against the third from the top -- gets a comfortable 8 feet this way.

Ideal for loft apartment picture hanging!
Best purchase of the year! I live in a loft apartment with 12' ceilings. There is virtually no storage space, so a regular ladder won't work. I am curating a salon-style presentation of my are collection. That approach uses floor to ceiling arrangements. This ladder gets the job done and collapses down and stores in it's own canvas bag. Easy-peasy"The only downsides:Follow the placement directions carefully. It's important to have the right angle against the wall. Even with proper placement, there is some "give" when you climb above the 4th rung. The feeling is like being on an expansion bridge - not wobbly -- a very slight bounce".I'm 5'1" and slightly built. Extending the ladder is very easy. Collapsing it is tricky. Since you must have two hands occupied to release the pegs at each rung, they slam down upon one another. The final slam is loud and your forearms take all the weight. I figured out how to collapse it by laying it on it's side and "walking" it closed. (Sorry, this is the best description I have.)

Great ladder!
I love this ladder. I use it with my camper.Great quality aluminum and solid plastic end caps and locking tab operating catches. The telescoping tabs are slightly rough and provide an easy to operate amount of friction when extending or collapsing the ladder -- complete lock when extending the sections, and easy to unlock when I'm finished.I weigh ~245lbs, and I feel completely fine climbing this when it's fully extended. It collapses down and is super easy to store in my camper's cargo compartment. When collapsed, it keeps a slightly open section for easy carrying. It comes with a nylon/vinyl carrying case that isn't the greatest quality -- but I don't care since there's really no need to store the ladder in it. I threw it away -- no dig on the ladder, since the ladder is terrific and I wasn't shopping for a storage cover anyway.

Works for my use
Bought this to use to access attic through 2x2' opening. It is lightweight and the adjustable height was needed and it works perfectly for this use. The ladder does flex some so I would not suggest heavy loading. When lowering the ladder you need to be careful follow the instructions and absolutely do not have any fingers inside the rungs. When the locks are moved the upper part of the ladder can come crashing down and would do serious finger damage.

I love the portability of this ladder and that it takes ...
I love the portability of this ladder and that it takes very little space to store when collapsed. I have a mountain cabin that has one smoke alarm that I cannot reach with my step stool. I didn't want a regular ladder because I have no garage or place to store one. This ladder is perfect and can lean against the wall right under the smoke alarm so I can change the battery when needed. Then it easily stores in its case in a bedroom closet. It is sturdy, well built and I am able to lift it easily. I am very pleased with this purchase!

Great ladder for keeping in my camper van.
I used this ladder for the first time recently. I purchased it to carry in my camper van. I can lift it and really love the bag that came with it, That has both a shoulder strap and a hand opening that makes carrying the ladder very easy for me. I used it to reach the top of my van which is over 8 feet tall and it felt sturdy. I am extremely pleased with this ladder for it's purpose. I won't be using this ladder all the time but need it anytime I need to reach the top of my van.

Couldn't ask for better!
What an incredible deal. Bar none the most affordable ladder of its kind I've seen, and I shopped around. I was worried it might turn out to be junk or something, but no, I love it! This is the first time I've ever used one of these, and it's shocking how easy it is to open and close. It's sturdy but not too heavy, feels like quality. I am a new home-owner and live in a very tiny house so being able to store this so easily is huge. And while it wasn't Prime eligible, I received it a week early. Just wow.
