This book was pretty disapointing. first, very poor printing quality. Second, i was expecting more actual tutorials for different designs and fruits, instead it was very generic info on the history of carving with only the last 20 pages that had, again, generic written instructions for only the simplist of activities. instructions like "Step 1: buy an apple" or "Step 5: you will now have carrot flowers". I think i could get more info just goolging online. no diagrams or pictures of each step. Please dont waste your money!

Product is usable and storable in te carrying case

There was a lot of words describing how to do it, but not enough pictures to give more description. I did not like this book.

Not for lessons mostly history

It is small with non color inside the book. Disappointment for sure!

Too many words and not enough pictures that actually show how to do the carving. Stock photos. Waste of time. Far from definitive.

Expected a book but this is not much more than a leaflet. The book is described as a definitive guide to fruit and vegetable carving. I have a set of tools and was looking forward to a set of instructions on how to use them. Actually the content of the 'book' is advice to buy the tools and then go online for the tutorials. There are no colour illustrations and only instructions to carve a handful of simple fruits using only a carving knife not any sculpting tools. I have learned nothing of use and would not have bought this book in a shop if I had seen it and certainly not at that price. A lesson learned next time save the money and go on you tube.

This is nothing more than a pamphlet. Written instructions are very poor and unclear. No step by step visual instructions s which would have been most helpful. Save your money.

Completamente inutile. Di 55 pagine, solo 10 sono marginalmente utili. Le foto sono di pessima qualità e le spiegazioni tecniche poco chiare e non corroborate da foto.Lo sconsiglio.
