How many volts does the generator put out?

The settings allow you to enter up to 20volts. Open circuit, I read a max of 21 volts peak to peak. When connected to a 50 ohm load, the voltage measured drops in half (I assume that the impedance of the Koolertron is 50 ohms, so attaching a 50 ohm load would cut the voltage in half). The difference between the setting and what I measured on my scope could be calibration of either device. I am reading some noise on the signal, so that could also be causing the slight difference.
