Really easy to put together, is a little bit harder to take off than the original faceplate but nothing major. Facepad felt comfortable for the time I played, it's like a soft memory foam.The fan is easy to put on and charges with a usb c cable, you can hear it in the meta home on 1 speed, but i never heard it once whilst i was playing. Played over an hour on Max Mustard and it didn't fog up once which is really nice as it breaks immersion when you have to keep wiping the lenses . Didn't feel like it added any weight.Really pleased with the quality and performance of the product. Well worth the price. Get one if you have a hot head, especially for summer ☀️.

The material is so very gentle and breathable on the skin unlike leather options. I went from getting an itchy face with the stock cover every 1-2 hours gaming to not itching at all in 5-6 hours... The fan isnt loud audible enough to notice; prevents fogging as advertised and additional weight is very minor too. The small issue I see people have is that the face foam nose clearance is small out the box but this can literally be adjusted to fit your nose as it's velcro. As for cleaning I just peel off the foam and soak it in gentle soap and ring it out to dry.10/10 everything for me.

Disclaimer, this product was received for free in a giveaway. I was not obligated to write a review but chose to.As the product claims, it cools your face down by pushing outside air into the top of the face plate. This does mean you have to use the supplied facial interface as it needs the vents but also the holes for the fan to connect to the headset. I found it quite easy to install. Just swapped the face plates and slotted the fan in. It seems secure. The facial interface did appear to have a slight defect because it struggled to slot into the bottom left hole in the headset but it seems to be holding on ok from the rest of them.The lycra material it comes with is comfortable on the skin, however I found it hard to use because it also goes all around the nose area. This does mean it completely removed light leak but It was squishing my nose so that it was hard to breathe so I could not use it.Luckily the interface is Velcro so I removed the Lycra and replaced it with my VR Cover foam that does not go around the nose. It did not negatively affect the performance of the fan in my experience.The two fan modes are good. I usually keep it on the centre mode which is more intermittent air. It can get pretty strong. It can dry the eyes a bit after a while and feels weird initially but you get used to it.I can recommend this product because it has made playing games and just idle use much more bearable as before, my face would heat up a lot and become uncomfortable within a short amount of time.Another big benefit of this product is that I have to clean the lenses less as this has a defog effect on them.

I am really impressed this fan works for my meta quest 2 perfectly. No more steamed up vr, cools you down also. Easy to attach. Highly recommend

This is a great piece of kit and well made,i use this fan for playing golf and it clears the lenses of any condensation making the vision great,with a separate built-in battery that last threw any gaming session,there is a slight humming noise when it's on but you don't notice it when your using it! Comfortable and light in weight 10/10

The media could not be loaded.  No need to use the maximum speed, the low-level works just fine and the face mask is very comfortable.Remember to Blink and protect the eyelid oil glands.

Stopped working after two months, seller didn't care and just asked me to contact Amazon for replacement.

As someone who plays the Quest a lot, one thing I always noticed was how sweaty it can become over time, especially with high intensity games. However with this fan, that changed, the cool breeze is constantly keeping my forehead cool and actually feels nice and more relaxing whilst playing, the cotton on the face mask is also cool on the face making it very comfortable to use.

I get hot/sweaty with activity or hot and humid weather, so am hot when playing Quest2. Until I got this fan, I would run a ceiling and floor fan on high, and wear a sweatband. I'd quickly have sweat running down my face. I didn't think this fan would work, but, I am a believer now. Even after 2+ hours of hard play, I am comfortable. I didn't need to wear a sweatband, and only had a ceiling fan on. I play games like Beat Saber/Audio Trip, Thrill of the Fight (boxing), Slam, and Tennis.Pros: Cools surprisingly well, lightweight (I don't notice its weight at all), charged fully overnight, includes USB C charging cable, easy to install, quiet, face cover fits Quest2 more firmly than the factory one, face cover is cooler and more comfortable than factory one, and the face cover is removable and washable.It would be nice if it came with either an extra face cover, so I could wash one while using the other, but this isn't a Con. I can't really think of a negative for this item.***Updated Sept 2023 - I really love this little fan. It makes a huge difference for me. After about a month, it didn't stay charged for as long, but if I charge it after each play, it always lasts long enough. Like others, I've found the face pad is not comfortable. I've moved it around, also use a sweatband, but it's poor. I contacted the seller. They replied quickly, but didn't have suggestions or fixes, and also said this problem was new to them. I guess they don't read reviews. Having said all that, I still love this fan!

Wow ! Enfin, fini la buée sur les lentilles.Juste une petite brise qui n'est pas trop forte ni trop légère, n'affecte aucunement la vision. Très silencieux, 2 vitesses et ultra légère. Vraiment je recommande. Je ne serais vraiment plus capable de m'en passé !!!

It works but after 15 minutes it started to irritate my face… maybe I’m allergic to it 🙁
