Much better than an LG!
After our previous sound bar with a separate subwoofer malfunctioned, we were in the market for a replacement that offered similar features at a comparable price point. The Vizio sound bar caught my attention due to its integrated Dolby Atmos, built-in subwoofer, and included wall mount kit.Features and Performance:- Integrated Dolby Atmos: Provides immersive audio experience with realistic sound effects.- Built-In Subwoofer: Eliminates the need for a separate subwoofer, saving space and simplifying setup.- Wall Mount Kit: Conveniently included, allowing for a sleek, furniture-free setup under the TV.Installation and Setup:- Mounting: Despite discarding the provided template initially, the installation was straightforward. It would have been helpful if a level was included, but I managed with one I had on hand.- Security: The sound bar sits securely on the brackets, even without being bolted down, which was pleasantly surprising.User Experience:- Sound Quality: Delivers powerful sound suitable for both TV watching and gaming, enhancing our living room experience.- Versatility: Smooth transition between different audio sources (TV, video games, music) without any issues.- Compact Design: Packs a lot of power and features into a compact size, ideal for smaller spaces. Conclusion:The Vizio sound bar has exceeded our expectations, offering impressive sound quality and functionality in our living room setup. The integrated Dolby Atmos and built-in subwoofer provide a rich audio experience without the clutter of additional components. Despite minor inconveniences like lacking a built-in level, the installation was manageable, and the sound bar securely mounted to the wall. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking high-quality audio performance in a compact, all-in-one package.

Unbelievable value
This is my second Vizio soundbar without a subwoofer. I was very happy with the quality for the price of that one, and over two and a half years later it is still running strong. However with the release of Dolby Atmos and many shows on Netflix including this upgraded feature, I wanted to enjoy this novel sound experience. So in Vizio released the soundbar, I was excited because they're one of the few companies that actually create an option without a subwoofer as they are some of the few that understand the practical challenges of owning an audio system. Honestly the technology's got so good now, that unless you live in a large space, the value of a subwoofer is really not justified it seems. The sound on this speaker is of excellent clarity. Voices come through clearly. Bass is excellent as it enhances the watching experience to have a more dramatic impact rather than just simply being punchy. The atmos orientation of the speakers is very effect. Watching shows like drive to survive which involves formula 1 drivers racing around, actually feels like cars are driving past you, not just on a television. For those who use an Amazon fire stick device, make sure you plug it directly into the soundbar HDMI in port. From there route the HDMI cable from the arc port into the TV. There's a slight delay in processing, which is most prominent in the lag of the closed captions to keep up with speech. The remote is well laid out and the same one used across many devices. It is not entirely intuitive, so I recommend you read the user manual to know how to adjust things like the treble and bass. Night mode is a useful function so as to not disturb folks sleeping by turning down the bass an appropriate amount. For some reason all the equalizer presets aren't available. I'm not sure if this is because I have an older Vizio TV, it is due to the Amazon fire stick, or some other reason. Also there is a true volume button which equals out the noise level across different media to prevent jarring differences from one channel or source to the next. This is really what I love most about Vizio, they are in some ways like the new generation of consumer electronic companies that understand is not just about the hardware, but also the user-friendly design of the units which actually allow optimal use and thus full extraction of its value. Good job fellas.

It's pretty okay. Almost no mid range without adjusting the bass, which is BOOMING.
A little overrated based on these reviews here.Definitely an improvement over the Samsung T650 I had before. Sounds are clearer and sound more separated from each other, rather than the mushy blend of noise I was dealing with previously. It's actually quite good at movies, but gaming on an Series X is weirdly tinny in the midrange. And there's no way to control it other than trying to mess with the preset EQ options, none of which are quite right.Turning the bass up helps, but it will shake your teeth loose with even the slightest increase. Impressive, but not conducive to apartment living. Being able to adjust mids would help so much but we only get bass and treble and preset EQs. Weird oversight.
