Q: I have a high arch are these trainers ok for me to wear

The pre moulded inner of these trainers is fairly pronounced and would support your arches....so yes I would think so.

Q: What diffierdnce between running/walking trainer and gym trainer

These are great as for wide fitting well cushioned supportive shoes. Although they are "big" they are very light. I would say they work best for the natural gait when walking, and could feel a bit odd running in them.

Q: Are the soles rigid or flexible?

Dear customer, the Fitville trainers are flexible and very comfortable for walking. They have plenty of room at the toe!

Q: Do they have good arch support?

I have plantar fasciitis and normally wear insoles with arch support. However, I do not require my insoles as the arch support is sufficient. I have also noticed that they feel as if they dip at the heel stretching the calf muscle further which helps my plantar fasciitis.
