do these ship in a cooler type pkging?

Nope. They ship in a cardboard box. However, we have never had a problem with them arriving melted.

The important information in description is not accurate. More specific , the ingredient list doesn't include natural flavors and palm oil. Why?

I have no idea why ingredients are not listed. That is a question for the manufacturer. The bouchees are delicious and perhaps not meant to be healthfood. I wll buy them again and would buy more if it were not for the price.
