I’ve been using these ashwagandha capsules for a while and the calming effect was noticeable, especially during the first few uses. I felt more relaxed and less tense, and it helped me wind down easier at night. My sleep quality felt slightly better when I was taking it consistently. The ingredient blend seems solid, especially with the added black pepper for absorption. Capsule size is normal and easy to take without issues.
