Strong calming effects and noticeable relaxation
I’ve been using these ashwagandha capsules for a while and the calming effect was noticeable, especially during the first few uses. I felt more relaxed and less tense, and it helped me wind down easier at night. My sleep quality felt slightly better when I was taking it consistently. The ingredient blend seems solid, especially with the added black pepper for absorption. Capsule size is normal and easy to take without issues. I also noticed a small boost in overall energy balance during the day since I felt less stressed. Over time the effects felt weaker as tolerance built up, but the supplement definitely worked at first. For the price, the value feels fair considering the strength and ingredient quality.
