Easy installation and works great! Noise level is very low when jacking up the camper.

This is the second one I've purchased. I use them for my horse trailers. Easy to esemble and so far they work well.

I purchased to replace a 3500lb unit I bent by mistake. This unit moves more smoothly and has faster travel speed. Only con I saw is the ground wire is shorter so I was not able to reconnect where the original location. Not a big deal… just had to devise plan B, of which there were plenty of options. Note that the positive lead was plenty long and routing back to the original connection location was easy.

Easy to install. Sturdy. Stable. Lifted my 20 ft travel trailer camper at a good speed. Was not loud. Comes with waterproof cover.

Works great so far and appears to be a well constructed quality product. I wish I had bought one years ago!

I purchased this 5000lb electric Travel trailer jack and used it three times and now it simply won’t work. I tested all connections and the motor gets 13V but does nothing. The seller is not available and the support website and phone number is for Polestar (some company that sells electric vehicles not trailer jacks. I want a refund but since I bout it a few months ago I guess I’m stuck with having to replace the motor. This sucks. Don’t buy this model. Or from this seller.

Love this Product. I bought this product to replace the manual crank jack on my RV. Product works as designed and mounted perfectly into original jacks position on trailer and gives really good height options. My camper sits really low when set up so having a manually adjustable foot helps dial in perfect height level and allows for high enough lift to be able to hitch up. Light on the front works decent enough to hitch up in the dark. Waterproof cover fits over top. All switches have waterproof covers so they are still protected if the cover is not put on. Item also came with new bolts and washers to be able to mount perfectly. Only concern is there is no fuse on the power wire that i can tell but I may add one just in case.

Old factory power jack from keystone started to have lifting problems, and plastic cover totally deteriorated, and was breaking apart. So, I went higher up, to a 5000# lift. Works like a breeze. Easy to install. You just need some power crimps. The polestar 5000# lift runs smooth and…..quite. Great buy too.

I have a 38 ft trailer- fairly heavy but this Jack does the trick, no problem. Easy install and looks good. Having the cover to prevent sun and weather damage is a nice touch as well.

Electric tongue jack on 2008 32' long 12000 lbs rated Toy Hauler. Here's hoping it lasts as long as the underpowered unit it replaced. Being as its on a Toy Hauler that loads after trailer is lifted and attached to the tow, rig Tongue weight is higher before loading so IMO I needed to upgrade the capability on this new unit. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is untested durability, and Negative wire shorter than positive. My preference is to attach both to battery terminals. Initial usage is this 5000 lbs unit seems to be no more powerful or faster than the old 2500 lbs unit that I replaced the hand crank with

Works great on my 29 ft. Arctic Fox travel trailer. No struggle at all in raising or lowering. Little cover is an added bonus
