Just as other stethoscopes, it’s the normal use. Now don’t let this little clock fool you. I have unscrewed it and put it back on. It does not work. I have looked for a little battery spot, such as a watch battery size not to be found !

Stethoscope for MFR
We purchased these stethoscopes for our Fire Department Medical First Responders. The double hose allows for the stethoscope to sound louder. The analog clock on the stethoscope was a nice touch. Allows us to record the time without looking at our watch. Lots of attachments and ear sizes to choose from.Our MFRs seem to like them better than our older stethoscopes

Rien à faire le son est pas bon le kit est cheap et pas confortable peut importe comment ont s'y prend ont entend mieux avec l'oreille sur la poitrine directement...
