You get the game and some shot glasses with a nice mat to prevent the plastic shot glasses from falling over. The board spins well, you can really use this for anything. We used nasty soda flavors for the first round and then added alcohol once we understood how it worked. TIP: If you're like me and are a germophob then I highly recommend everyone uses their own shot glass and you just pour the game shot into your shot glass when it is time for your shot because everyone sharing the shot glasses just grossed me out. We love the game and it is great for parties or just two people!Have fun with it, don't take it too seriously and get lit!

Purchased this for New Year's Eve for the kids. We do a different activity at the top of each hour as we count down. We chose drinks that weren't awful and everyone had a blast. Our drinks were orange juice, sprite, sparkling water, apple juice, capri sun and ice tea. It was just strange enough to make it fun but nothing made you gag!

Crazy fun game. Can be played with 21 and over or family friendly. Depends on items you use to play with. Quick easy game.

I got this game to serve a dual purpose. First, I got it to use as indicated. Second, I wanted a spinning wheel that I could adhere other things on the front of to randomize things I might do. Everything was intact and worked well! Would recommend.

My kids love this game. They played it for hours and made some nasty concoctions. It was worth every penny to see them laughing and then gagging and having a blast. I recommend this to everyone.

Great game...my 12 year old and his friends had a blast with this game for his party. It could be played by adults with as much fun as well, just switch the drinks out.

My kids love this game & so do the adults! Especially watching the kids play. However it can get messy with the mixtures of things you choose to use!
