Works at first, and doesn’t work one day and smells like something got burnt

ordered uk plug but they gave me europe plug..
im so excited when i received it but ye i think i ordered wjth a uk plug but it turns up to show up with a europe plug? nvm im currently using it with an adaptor and we will see how it goes. the soymilk it makes is thick like the one i had in taiwan. i like it.

Doesn't do the job.
The media could not be loaded. Doesn't do the job... None of the buttons work. You can't make soy milk or juice. Need Amazon's custom service help for the return.
