Absolutely exquisite folio, the craftsmanship is gorgeous. I really splurged on this one hoping for a folio that would travel well- I’m pleased to say it’s light, luxury, and stunning handcrafted workmanship. The pen is also high quality and heavy- I plan to gift it to my son. This folio is a perfect gift for man or woman and comes beautifully packaged. When I opened the box I got to read about the company and they ethically source their leather, and donate 5% of their profit to charity on 5 continents. This kind of craftsmanship and care is rare in our world and I’ve already saved a wallet and a journal from them for gifts. The leather is high quality, suede-like without looking rustic. I’m a writer and hard on my folios- the stitching looks solid and like we’ll have years together. If this was in a Sundance catalogue it would be $300. This is one purchase you’ll be thrilled you made.

This thing is fantastic. It’s a decent leather!! Very sturdy!! Snaps are strong!! Holds a lot of files/notebooks/legal pads. It’s just a nice open space with a large fill capacity.

I bought this for my Dad to carry to clients as a real estate broker. It is very professional and well made. It looks great, and has a great weight to it. The zippers are strong and definity is great quality! The size is perfect for when he is on the road or in the office.

Reasonable quality for the price. Nice size for documents and various things. Snaps are a little weak. Leather thickness is a good balance of thickness and weight. It's a little dry, so I'll apply some regular leather oil. The only complaint is that it smells bad; hopefully some time in the sun will help

This is an outstanding folder (portfolio/padfolio). I'm a little surprised how expensive these products have become. However, the Moonster version is right in line with its competitors. I also purchased a Jack & Chris folder and have to say the quality of the Moonster is nearly identical. As a preference, I like the more "rugged" leather look of this Moonster over the Jack & Chris version. I look forward to enjoying this product for years to come.

I ordered the brown leather portfolio to use as a case for my Kindle Scribe, with pockets for business cards and full letter size paper, so I can have a single item to carry around in business settings to take notes and carry content for networking. It's working quite well for that purpose. The leather is thick, high quality, with a rustic natural leather look and feel. That's what I was going for. There are some scuff marks, so it looks like every other real natural leather item I own. I already had a Fintie Slim Case for Kindle Scribe - [Built-in Pen Holder] Lightweight PU Leather Folio Cover, which was too small to carry around papers and my Kindle Scribe together. So I repurposed it within this leather portfolio. I cut of the front cover of the Fintie Slim Case, and mounted the back with pen holder to the inside of this leather portfolio. I used 3M VHB tape to mount the case. Then I found the small magnet in the Fintie front cover, and ripped it out. I used the tape to mount the magnet to the right place for the auto-off feature to work for my new setup.

This has to be the absolute best portfolio I have ever owned! The genuine leather has a nice texture to it and is perfectly oiled. There was a very small amount of oil transfer to the insert that it was shipped with, but I haven't experienced any transfer to my documents since then. It has a nice weight to it without being overly heavy or bulky and offers the perfect amount of storage for a padfolio. I love that it has two pen holders in the spine instead of having one on the outside. All of the stitching seems to be of very high quality. For the money, this is a great value for a high quality padfolio that has a unique appearance and great craftsmanship!

I like leather things, and what would normally be a cardboard organizer folder is replaced by this simple, wonderfully robust leather one. It's not fancy, or particularly pretty, but it serves its purpose and keeps documents and the paraphernalia associated with them, safely from lose or damage. It also looks good and is more professional. The leather folder is made well and is large enough to accommodate standard A4 documentation, a similar sized tablet or small laptop, with ample room for pens, pencils and the odd choccy bar.
