No damage to outer packaging opened the package and the whole of the package containing the paper was ripped and the paper is bent and dented. Not happy considering the price paid.

Paper is fine. packaging not so good. Delivered by hand and the box was broken on every corner, hence the paper wrapping also damaged. Please put in a box fit for purpose.

I disliked that my order was tattered by the time I opened the boxes. Please see pictures.

What's to say.....

The paper arrived the next day as promised. It was delivered in a brown paper bag in good condition, however when the bag was opened the packaging around the paper was ripped in several places causing some sheets to spill out. The corners of some of the sheets were also dented and damaged. The paper must have been packed in this condition as it could not have happened in transit without visible damage to the outer paper bag. Most of the paper can be used but I would consider this lack of care as slight on the custmer who should be able to expect goods in good condition.

Good

The paper itself is good quality, but….. as it appears with other buyers, the outer wrapping is prone to damage, so be prepared to receive the ream with the outer wrapping torn, which then means the edges of the paper themselves get damaged. If Amazon ship in a box, it may be ok, but otherwise it probably won’t. Note to the manufacturer, use sturdier outer wrapping.

Although the paper is quite thin it does do the job.
