Not worth buying
The quality of the gel material looks nice. Interesting design with all the beans inside. I bought it only because the AD says it is 0.6 inch in thickness, which is what is needed for a person with one leg shorter than the other. BUT, 0.6 inch is definitely not 0.6'', it is actually 0.5''. This product is absolutely over-priced for what it is. My overall conclusion: not worth buying at all. And, here are some lessons I learnt:Your body weight will certainly squash it down to almost nothing for 0.6'', yes, even for a skinny person with regular body shape. So, my calculation is: if you actually need 0.6'' in thickness, buy the 1 inch ones. When you actually use it inside your shoes, it will go down to about 0.5 to 0.6 inch in thickness.

These last and do not compress, so keep elevating for years.
Due to an car accident years ago, I have a leg that is shorter and a foot that will not sit flat. I tried everything such as very expensive built up shoes, and the orthopedic places could never get me in a comfortable gait.I found these on line and put it in my shoe, either on or under the shoe insole, and it works so much better than anything I’ve tries. The main thing is the durability of these I have some that I’ve been using over a year. They don’t compress and stay there, when I remove them to put in a different pair of shoes they look like the day I purchased them. With this reasonable price I now just have a lift for all my shoes.

The Dr Foot shoe lift is excellent to resolve a leg length discrepancy
I used the Dr Foot silicone lift to address a leg length discrepancy for power walking. I tried the 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 sizes and determined the 1/2 inch was the correct size. I then bought this 1/2 inch product and placed it in my walking shoe. I am using the silicone lift for other shoes. The shoe lift allowed me to increase my distance and walking speed. I am very happy with this product.
