Great bag for making a more comprehensive custom first aid kit.
This medic bag is great. The main compartment will hold a 200 piece OSHA certified 25 person first aid kit, with a little room to spare. It also has 2 other compartments which fold up. I was able to create my own camping / survival first aid kit with add-on pieces that don't come in most first aid kits. I added some medication (aspirin, ibuprofen, antidiarrhoeal, antacid, antihistamines, and anti-itch cream) in one of the additional compartments. I'll be adding some more items. In the other additional compartment I added hemostats and a venom extraction kit in case of snake bites. I've still got more room in those additional compartments remaining to be filled.This bag also has a papers pouch to hold first aid instruction guides. For just $6 I bought a medic / first aid cross patch, which I stitched on the cover just above the closure strap. This way the kit's purpose is quickly identifiable.The bag is made of a strong weather resistant material, similar to denim or canvas. Though, I don't think it's either. This bag comes with an adjustable shoulder strap, and a handle for carrying, and MOLLE straps for mounting to backpacks.I can think of one or two flaws in the design, yet it has advantages many others don't have. One flaw is that there are no built-in organizer slots, nor internal mesh bags. Another is that it does not have that great rip-away platform for times when you need to separate it from your backpack in a hurry. This bag also does not have the first aid / medic patch included, which would be great. Although, if you intend to use this bag for something other than a first aid kit that lack of medic patch could be a good thing.But, I recommend this medic bag.

Perfect I use it to carry extra medical supplies just in case someone gets hurt playing airsoft has lots of room and folds out of the way nicely

Great little bag.
This is a great little bag. I use it for a travel bag, holds everything great. Bought another one for my truck to store gear. I gave 4 stars because its a great bag, but interior zipper pockets would have made it a awesome bag. That's my only gripe with it. Definitely worth the buy.
