Doesn’t scan over wifi
This doesn’t actually scan over wifi. You have to scan first then transfer it over. Which I didn’t really mind. But once I opened up the images I couldn’t save them to directly to my photo album on my iPad, I had to save them to the file folder and then transfer them from there to photo album. I also hated that you cannot stay connected to your own SSID, you had to use the scanner’s, this meant that you were not connected to anything else wirelessly, just the scanner. So you had to manually switch the wifi connection in the settings. At first I was having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what was going on with the app and the wifi, I went to their website for support where I thought I’d be able to contact someone, I had already followed all the instructions on their site and looked for answers there before deciding to try and talk to someone, but I couldn’t find any kind of support either online or by phone. I just received this scanner and will be returning it today. Totally disappointed in everything with this scanner.

Photo Jams While Scanning
The scanner did not work well with photos. Every other photo got jammed while scanning. To get the photo to scan, you had to try again, then turn it sideways, then upside down, and most of the time, all of this did not work. Trying to set it up to work with a computer was impossible. And the pop-up ads when trying to negotiate their website was not helpful. The scanner is being returned because of the continual jamming issue. This was not worth my time or money.

It is difficult for me to use
It is probably me but I find this device difficult to set-up and use which does not help me keep up with receipts. I will get rid of it soon.

Scanner works well
The scanner works well. It is especially useful when scanning very long pages. It doesn’t allow combining of pages - each page is an individual document. It doesn’t seem to be able to scan directly to a PC or mobile device.The document quality is pretty good. Great for scanning receipts.
