These were the perfect size for what I needed. They arrived in 2 separate boxes and I was disappointed to find one in each box was broke. So instead of 8 I only got 6 usable totes.

One of bins was smashed up. No damage to box. Other bins and lids in box great. Asked to replace one bin. Have to return smashed up bin in giant original box. Not worth trouble.

This storage solution is awesome and I truly recommend it! The only reason why I did not give 5-stars is because one of the lids showed up broken... I have went through organizing my garage by mounting shelves and hanging wall organizers so I did not want to deal with a replacement when these containers were the last thing I needed to complete my project.

The product itself us awesome. The lids open smoothly and close tight, the size is great and they are sturdy! They stack well and the plastic feels thick and like good quality. My issue is with the seller/return process. My 8 containers arrived in 2 boxes of 4 each. The one box was great, other box was badly damaged. It looks like it had been taped a few times and had the word ‘return’ on it, i wonder if i got someone’s return? I tried a replacement and the new item delivered to me as replacement is a swimming pool? It’s very tough to get a hold of someone to report this to, amazon refers me to the seller who refers me back to amazon.

This is the second time I’ve ordered these storage bins. Both times they were received without damage. I did order the larger sized ones and did have to return those because of broken corners. The company was good to work with during the return. I love these storage containers!
