Great Item. Easy to replace old worn out hinge. Window had a gap due to the hinge being worn/bent. After replacing (Videos on YouTube will assist if you don't know how) Window now opens and closes nice and easy now with a nice snug fit.

Brilliant fixed the Draft coming in and made the room silent. Great Tip measure the distance that the old hinges sit away from the frame before removing, then set the new ones to the exact measure. Perfect!

Description shows an all-metal hinge without plastic ends and description describes being universal fit (neither left or right-handed). Item has plastic ends and R & L markings on the hinges. May still be usable, but it of far lower quality than the item described.

Used for TOP opening small kitchen window. Fitted within 20 mins of arriving, and that's having to grind head off 2 rusted screws and extract, cleaning fitting edges and fitting back to frame and window. The original top/bottom holes of the frame matched the side plate ones, but drilled the centre one after all fittings were adjusted and tightened. The top/ bottom of the widow hinge plate matched the window holes. Assembled with all top and bottom screws in place but not fully tightened yet, the frame side hinge plate should be in the same place vertically as the originals, then these were tightened. The Window was pulled fully down on the hinge screw slots and slowly closed to see if top and bottom of the window had equal overlap to the frame and that the bottom handle didn't interfere with closing . It did so the window frame screws were fully tightened. For max strength I drilled and added the hinge centre screws. I did this on my own with some good balancing skills as it was only a small window, but I do not recommend this, slipping while only one hinge is fully fitted would lead to damaged/twisted hinge. I liked the fact that packing pieces were included as standard for this 13mm stack hinge, although not needed for my application. Now to sort the front room small top bay windows with 10" size which have needed fixing for years.

I put this up very easily with no prior exprerience, just watched a youtube video and went for it. My window now feels completely now, so smooth, closes perfectly, and holds any angle. This also comes with the adapters for the depth if your window is 17mm (didn't know that before youtube), I ended up reusing the screws in my old rail, but this comes with plenty anyway. it looks good, is the right size, and zero complaints really.

Updated, I was absolutely furious with these hinges, an easy job turned into a nightmare, I spent hours faffing about with them trying to make them fit, and all because one hinge was opening the wrong way which meant it wouldn't possibly fit, however, I have spent a few hours studying the hinge and forced it the other way it then appeared to be correct, I think in my younger days I would have sussed it out quicker but reading other reviews which said "they had only one hinge or things missing, I presumed I had been sent two top hinges but this wasn't the case one had been forced the other way so it opened the wrong way but I forced it over the top and it then opened the correct way, I'm only explaining this, maybe at the cost of looking stupid, so nobody else will be stumped by this, but having been a builder for many years and having done these hinges in the past I should have known better, the hinge quality is adequate and appears to be the usual bad build with plastic runners that will inevitably break at some point as they all do which is the reason they need to be replaced.

En las fotografías viene una pieza para cada mano pero a mi me han llegado las dos para colocar en el lado derecho mirando desde el interior y la quetenia rota es la otra. mirare por otro lado. de todas maneras parecen robustas.

Prezzo da 17,81€ a 28,04€ in 10 giorni. Inoltre, dopo averle montate, in una delle due cerniere non si regola la frizione perché la vite è "spanata".
