This is fun, stimulating and kept my son engaged and active while on vacation. It’s easy to pack. I also purchased more to have as last minute gifts.

These were fun shooting outside. You will want to make sure you are using these in a large open area as they can shoot pretty high and far. You don't want them getting stuck in a tree or on someone's house. We went to a park to use these. Since these have lights, they are more fun to use in the evening close to dark. My kids and I shot these trying to go for best height and then longest distance with the Firetek Rockets (height more objective as it's hard to gauge, but distance was easy to see who the winner was). With the Firetek Copters we would shoot it in the air straight up and try to catch it. Make sure you bend the wings (on the slant indent) as they were not bent in the package before using. I took off one star as I wish the sling shot was designed better. In some cases it can hit your fingers and it can sting pretty bad even when you are holding/using it per the instructions (be cautious if you are letting younger kids use this toy). You may want to consider wearing a glove when using this. NOTE: In the video attached, my son was not holding the sling as instructions said. I also don't see how to change the batteries or know if that is possible.

This set comes with four rockets, two with the helicopter finds and two without. It also comes with the aforementioned slingshot, which has some serious torque that will nip your finger if you're not careful. You absolutely will need to play with this outside and in a place where it's not likely to get lost. And these are one-shot use, once the battery runs out there's no easy way to change them out (it uses lithium ion non-standard batteries). Fun set, limited lifespan, enjoy it when the sun sets earlier in the day during the Fall!
