Works every time !!!
Works just like the youtube video shows. My boat has an anchor pocket built into the bow (2007 Century 2600 CC) and it works the same with that set up.

Anchor lift
Haven't tried it yet due to boat still in winter storage. Quality looks good and I'm hoping it does what they say.
