Usually Cliffs are an item i pack because i will probably end up needing it more than i will enjoy eating it. A recent online revier looked at a bunch of different bars and commented that this one was unique and was very good, so i had to try it as i do love choc mint.And i was surprised! I actually will choose one of these as a snack sometimes.So congrats Cliff, you have finally won over my tastebuds this time!Now, PLEASE make a good apple cinnamon one!!!

We keep these handy in the cupboard for a quick and filling snack. I also set a few on my front porch in a basket for our delivery drivers. My UPS driver saw them yesterday and actually said "Score!"Edit: we paid $13 at the time for these, not $25

I ordered these specifically to take into dialysis because the dialysis procedure strips away the caffeine from your blood within 5-15 minutes, resulting in a headache every time. I'm allowed to take coffee or Red Bull in (I know that sounds odd, but is true) but prefer not to b/c fluid intake can result in an increase in blood pressure/fluid retention - so since these say Caffeine, I was soldExcept neither the packaging nor the individual wrappers list Caffeine or green tea extract. Called the Canadian company and explained, and yes, these do contain 49 mg Caffeine per bar.Now about the flavour; they be chocolatey and they be minty; two of my favourite candy flavours. Crunchy like a rice crispy bar; and they have a good 10 g protein, 6 g fibre and a glorious 49 mg Caffeine. Beautiful Caffeine.Price is about 1/2 of what they charge in the grocery stores on a per bar basis, but for kids getting these in their lunch boxes, watch out. They can get wired. Love them and have them on auto subscription reorder. 140mg Sodium, 50mg Calcium, 250mg Potassium and 175mg Phosphorus. They fit into my renal diet just fine.

I bought a box of these to give out to friends at Christmas time (and managed to hold on to one or two for myself).Personally, I love them, but I received mixed reviews from friends who weren't lovers of mint to begin with. As a distance runner, I've tried many different protein/energy bars in the past, and I enjoy CLIFF bars the most because of their natural ingredients, and because they don't leave a strong after-taste that sticks with me for my entire run. They come in at 250 calories, so they aren't something that I would eat 3 of while watching television and laying motionless on the couch. But if you are doing any sort of draining exercise or training, then this bar is excellent to eat before/during.While the price keeps me from buying loads of them and storing them in my kitchen, they are fairly priced when you consider it's competitors, which are NOT Snickers or Kit Kats!
