This reliably prevents painful gas the following day caused by eating vegetables like broccoli. I have used it probably 5 times already and each time it worked, save for one time where it only partially worked because I ate too much. The next day I ate the same amount, tripled my dosage (3 pills instead of 1), and it worked 100%. This is a life saver for people who like to load up on fiber-filled vegetables to lose weight! Also significantly cheaper than brand name beano.

I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. I wouldn’t be able to eat beans without this product. I take five or six pills each time I eat beans. Sure is a lot cheaper than the mainstream product.

I have been a vegetarian, and a vegetable lover all my life. I have gotten to know both Beano and Bean-Zyme and have stuck with Bean-Zyme because of it's great value. Lately I have noticed something's amiss. The little tablets no longer perform. Their quality has decreased so that I might as well not be taking them. That's my personal experience after longtime use, if it helps. I will now set sail, drifting through and sampling all the old and new products that assist vegetable lovers everywhere.

Work very well, minimize gas in stomach

Helps my recent difficulties digesting starches. I mean really helps. No more cramps, discomfort, and feeling the need to isolate. I think it is just as good and effective as Beano but I can afford to come back to by the bottle of 500 to buy in case of a climate emergency.
