Fun and educational
My son loves it. He had a microbit that didn’t make sounds etc and so we upgraded to this one and he loves it. So much fun while building coding skills.

Excellent quality
BBC Micro:bit from Freenove has excellent quality and it is the latest version v2.21 of the board.I did a few tests with the device and everything works as expected: display (5x5 LED display) and sound. In the attached image you can see the device running the first project.Freenove provided good documentation on their website for the device. There are 12 projects in the provided documentation, all projects are in both MicroPython and Blocks (from MakeCode). I only tried the MicroPython projects because I already know Python and I like to write code. For children Blocks from MakeCode may be more appropriate and easy to learn.
