Handheld Inhaler Spacer with 2 Masks for Cats and Small Dogs Inhaler Spacer for MDI

I bought this to give medication to my 9-pound chihuahua, and it works great, plus it’s a cheaper alternative to other options. The valve works well for my dog because she takes big breaths, though I’m not sure it would function the same for cats. Overall, I’m happy with the device.

My 9 year old cat was diagnosed with asthma, and our vet told us he needed an inhaler. I’ll admit that I laughed, I thought she was joking! Nope, he had an inhaler. The spacer at the vet was almost double the cost of this one. This product arrived quickly and works exactly as anticipated. The facial portion perfectly for I’ve met cats nose (note that it does come with more than one size option also! So you can find the right size for your pet). It’s easy to use for sure! I can’t fault the product for my cat not being a fan!

We have been ising this daily for about 3 weeks now. We have a 17 year old cat that was recently diagnosed with asthma. I was worried that this item would not work as well as the big name expensive one but money is tight and the inhaler is so expensive I decided to try this one. This item came with 2 masks. Our cat has a very small snout and the small one fits great. He does not freak out anywhere near as much as I thought he would when giving him his meds with this item. So he seems comfortable. It is very easy to use. I can just barely see the little flap moving as he inhales but I can see it, so good eyes and more light may help you to see that it's working. I think it's very important to follow the instructions advising that it be cleaned in soapy water after every use. I'm sure if not the medicine could gum up the works so to say. It is also important to block the mask end after spraying or the meds will just fly out the mask end. I am very happy with this product and would recommend.

Works fine to administer my cats meds. I hate to tape off a few holes because it seemed like he wasn’t getting enough of the meds but after that it’s good.

Saw a couple reviews mentioning that their flaps don't move. When I got mine I pumped it from both ends with my palms to simulate breathing and the little flap moved about. Attached the inhaler and gave my cat a dose at 2 am during a fit. I put the little mask on her face and watched the flap 10x and listened to her breathing. Could hear the wheezing clearing up in real time! I'm very happy to find a product that got the job done while saving me like 40 bucks lol I wish they would have given me one instead of a nebulizer forever ago!

I'm glad an inhaler exists for my asthmatic kitty, but he has had hair loss on the top of his muzzle where this fits the sides of his nose. The one that wore out prior never did that to him. It was a much more expensive brand. I don't know if it is the materials or the way it fits his muzzle. It's exact to where the plastic lands when I hold it in place as he uses it. He didn't like it at first, possibly a bit tighter than his old one. I hold it a tiny bit away from his nose now.

The flap that indicates breathing is a tiny bit harder to see moving than with the AreoKat but by all means get it! My cat used to run away from this but now she comes and waits for her Albuterol. I give it to her before meals so that she associates it with food.

This works, my cat hates it because well, he a cat. But after my antique 12 yr old cat was diagnosed w asthma, we have to use this. It fits perfectly to Goose's little have and seals. He does seem to get the medicine as his breathing becomes easier soon after. The rubber is soft and conforms easily. It came w 2 size of nose/ face pieces. Much better price than the name brand and works great!

Works nice, it’s affordable! But packaging came damaged

We purchased this when our dog was diagnosed with Asthma. Our Vet suggested buying one online as theirs was £80! This fitted perfectly over her face (we have a Sausage dogs)
