The chair was cheap, super easy to put together with no tools needed and very comfortable... One thing that I don't lie though is the arm rest are not adjustable so I end up slumping a little

This is by far the most comfortable office chair I have used. It is clear that ergonomics was a key part of the design process. The mesh backrest is very supportive but without feeling too rigid unlike some other chairs. The cushion is also very supportive and comfortable, even after sitting in it for 12-13 hours.I was surprised by how many functions the chair has, it folds perfectly when I want to hide it under my table, the height can be easily adjusted with the lever under the chair, the arms also flip up, and it can recline too!The chair come in very nice packaging, reflective of a high premium product, with 2 sets of clear and informative instructions. Assembly took me around 3-4 minutes, it is really fast because the seat comes already pre-assembled, you only have to put in 4 screws using an allen key that is also included.I am somebody that likes to do a lot of research before making a purchase and I am happy it paid off this time because this is truly a first-class chair.

The chair itself is as easy to put together and as supportive as any chair at around 30% of it's price on Amazon. So for that it gets 2 stars to start with as it's pretty decent as a bog standard chair. The seat doesn't feel like it's made from the usual material and feels like will split or wear out quickly thoughYou can put this together quickly and if you've ever put any other swivel chair together it's pretty much the same process.The folding down feature which was the reason I purchased this chair, is terrible. You have to push buttons in at each side which are on quite strong springs so really hard for kids to do it. Then whilst holding the 2 buttons in you use your 3rd hand to push the seat down. I was unlucky and only born with 2 hands so have had to use my knee instead. I think once pushed in the buttons are meant to hold in place so you can push the top down easily but that wasn't the case for me. Taking a star off for this.So in conclusion, not a bad chair but at this price it's well over something of the same standard and quality and the one unique point of this item is poorly designed.
