Well constructed. Very easy to route cables. Took practically no time to install. Provided firm positioning and tilting of monitors. I am very happy with this mount.

I bought this stand to use with an ASUS MG28UQ 28" monitor. Most of the stands are rated at 17.6 pounds per arm, but this one is near 20 pounds per arm. I weighed my ASUS and it was 18+ pounds. Having underbought with stuff like this before I searched out a stand that could handle 20# per arm. Alas, I was silly enough to not remove the mounting arm from my ASUS before weighing it. Doh. The actual ASUS monitor weights about 15# (weigh your monitor as it will hang on the stand, not as it's sitting on the desk!)All that said, this stand is great and I'm glad to have its extra strength just in case. Its instructions were clear, every aspect of its components are solid and fit together well, and it has several desk-mounting options. In most cases, the direct attachment (with a bolt through the top of your desk) is probably best and that's what I used. Be sure to read the instructions on how to tighten the arm--it requires a non-intuitive counter-clockwise motion to tighten up the monitor. Once adjusted, the stands works great.I'm very pleased with this monitor stand. It's everything I hoped it would be.I don't have two monitors yet, but plan to. It seemed silly to buy a one-armed stand knowing that. I'm glad to have the extra arm just hanging out back there ready when I need it.

The only downside is when you want to put two monitors side by side. You have to push them back and if your desk is next to the wall, you can't as the wall is blocking your flexibility.Other than everything works fine and well designed

Pretty straight forward for installing, and seems quite durable. I set it up with my 29" ultra wide + 27" monitor, and holds it up perfectly.Once you set it up and mount your monitors, you will notice that it will sag. You can adjust this by turning the hex screw with the included allen wrench to the "+" direction (see image). That increases the tension and will bring the monitor up. There will be a point where if you tighten too much, it will bring the monitor all the way up (arms fully extended). If that happens, slowly ease the screw back towards the "-" and move the monitor down to see if it springs back up. Repeat as necessary.So far no issues and works wonderfully. I can rotate the monitors pretty easily in all directions so it does make it nice.

Put it up on my wife desk and one side of it works Great the other side if you go to low it just drops all the way down

It is easy to assemble, though did take some time figuring out where it should be placed / going through the steps. I had a hurdle when I could not get the screens to stay raised: it took a lot of turning left on the mid-arm with the hex tool before it was tight enough - I just didn't have patience, it took several minutes of turning. After about an hour, everything was set up and I am thrilled with being able to move the monitors where I want and have almost enough height to stand! Being tall, I purchased this specifically to raise the monitors to an appropriate height and wanted a quality product - wide based, good materials - and I got that in spades. Amazing product and cheapest for that matter. Was pretty easy to install - ended up having to drill a hole in my desk and using the other screw down setup that came with the product which was good looking out. Hydraulic arms work really really well and allowed me to line up my monitors perfectly with no sway or movement. Absolutely best product for the money on the market! Bought two for each of my work stations.

The bolts to tighten the arms so they hold up the monitors are made with way too soft of a metal for how hard you need to tighten them. One came basically stripped already and when I replaced it I had the same issue

I have the dual arm system and I'm mostly happy with it.There was a slight damage in shipping, the tab that holds the monitor in was slightly bent. Extremely minor detail and I'm ok with it.I just have two complaints with it.1) There is a large amount of rotational slack. If you need to get precision to bring the two monitors together and touching flat, good luck. There's a good 10-15 degree play in the clip holding the monitor before the plate on the arm will actually rotate and stay where placed, meaning the monitor then falls back that 10-15deg to it's new resting position based on the arm plate rotation.2) A more minor complaint is that the arms don't bend backwards off of the desk which means the monitors sit very far forward and it limits the range of motion on where you can make them meet each other to be touching.Other than that, they seem like solid and great arms.If that changes over my use I'll update but I'm fairly happy with them for the price I got them when on sale.

it hold my 2 24" monitors, need to make proper adjustments (tools included) and all done.you need to be patience when doing adjustments.no wobbling, heavy and easy installation.

Exactly what we ordered and needed and far less expensive then what we had been quoted elsewhere by tech shops. We did it ourselves
