I used it for 5 days straight, and seen good results after 2 days and fantastic results after 5 days. I totally recommend it. The only issue I'm having is with the light, not sure if I did something, or need a new one, have to play aroud with the batteries and see what happens

Appears to work fine, waiting to see real whitening difference. The rubber mouth insert isn't sturdy so doesn't attach or stay attached to the lighted portion very well. It's hard to get on, lots of fumbling. But once you get it positioned and don't accidentally bump it off, it works well enough for a relatively inexpensive kit. There are no instructions for how much gel to put in the mouth insert or where to apply it inside the insert. If you reach up to reposition or resecure the insert into your mouth during the long 1/2 hour it's there, you very easily touch the light button and turn off the light (you can't see it without looking in a mirror). A piece of cotton under the tongue doesn't your mouth from filling with liquid and is pretty messy at the end when removing the insert. I suspect there are better, less messy, less obnoxious options - will keep shopping.

This is after just one use. Even My gums look better. I hardly ever write good reviews but this product deserves five stars..So I'm sadly having to add a negative review to this and I have to take the 5 star rating away. The last picture is of a huge blister that showed up the day after I used the whitening gel. Be careful with this product. It literaly gave me a second degree burn on my gumline and lower lip. It hurst so much, worst oral pain ive ever had.

I need to use this more but I did notice a change after three uses.
