Cleared up my acne-prone skin!
Been using this device for a little over 3 weeks, and I am so amazed at this product! Didn't think this would do wonders for my skin, but it does!My skin is prone to breakouts, so I've used TONS of products to keep them at bay. I used a cleanser, a toner, a topical treatment devoted for acne prone skin, and I was STILL getting breakouts here and there. Now that I am using the Clarisonic, all I use is a basic cleanser, (Bliss's Fabulous Foaming Face Wash), using the sensitive brush head in the morning, and at night the deep pore brush head, and they work so well together! Now I am just using products to keep my oily skin, and enlarged pores at bay and my breakouts diminished from little to none! To emphasize my point, I went from using products devoted for just acne, and I was still getting breakouts, to now using the Clarisonic, and I don't breakout anymore.Just be aware that you "may" breakout from using the Clarisonic for the first time. This is normal. However, you may not breakout. From what I learned from reading reviews on Sephora, everyone's skin is different. What may work for me, may not work for others. So, you may not breakout from using the Clarisonic, but I did, kept using the device for 3 weeks straight, and people noticed how much my skin has improved. I can finally look in the mirror and say my skin looks great!

Fantastico consegna eccezionale!

Worth Every Penny
Cannot say enough good things about this! I struggled with acne for almost four years, tried various prescriptions and changed my skincare routine several times with no effect. I finally bought the Clarisonic and its completely changed my skin. Within the first couple of months any cystic acne was gone. I was still getting blackheads, but after changing to the deep pore cleansing brush these have started to go too. My marks are fading and my skin overall looks much healthier. I still get the occasional spot, but they're small and fade much faster than before. Its been five months now and my skin is continuing to improve, my family and friends have all noted the difference and I'm wearing less make up than before. The only downside to this is it takes 18 hours to charge and needs charging every 12 days. The replacement brushes are expensive but I would take their advice and change every 3 months, the effect is noticeable.Overall could not be happier with this product and the way its transformed my skin, its well worth the price.

Three Months With My Clarisonic
I started out with the Neutrogena Wave Sonic face scrubber and you can see by my review over there that I had mixed feelings about it. It cleared up my dry acne-treated skin (temporarily), but it pulled my hair out like you wouldn't believe. No amount of bobypinning, clipping and ponytailing could keep my locks safe from its angry outbursts. I took the leap and after some research I decided to get the Clarisonic Mia 2 back in November. My first experience with it was fantastic. While the Neutrogena Wave really REALLY scraped my skin's surface clear of any dryness, the Clarisonic massages the skin as it cleans - this is what I think really helps to fight acne breakouts and firms up your skin. I've been suffering from breakouts pretty much since college back in the 90's (so a long time). And I've been through it all, pills, creams, masks, chemical peels, proactive, prescriptions of all kinds. And while some things would work, they all eventually stopped being effective. I figure 3 months is a good enough time to really test out the effectiveness of an acne treatment. Typically, it's within that time that it'll start to fail.PROS:- The Mia 2 helped to clear up my acne (including cysts). This doesn't mean that my skin doesn't occasionally try to fight back, but I wash in the morning and the evening, and usually within a day or two the offending pimple has given up and left.- The brush worked so well that I was able to nearly entirely give up the use of ANY and ALL acne washes, creams and prescriptions. I had to pop back on briefly after a sunscreen I used caused me to breakout badly. But beyond that, no pimple cream! No harsh acne washes! No chemical peels!- I'm using the sensitive brush, and I feel like it does a really good job. I'm looking forward to trying the deep pore brush just to see if it can help further clear out my pores. I'm really happy with the sensitive brush though and think it would be ideal for pretty much anyone.- I really do feel like my skin looks better overall. The gentle massage has to be good for it, it seems tighter and firmer, but I don't have any before and after photos to prove anything. It may just be that I'm so pleased that my skin is clearer that it looks better overall to me.- You can use your own face wash with it! YAY! No more pre-soaped pads to deal with. If you want to use an exfoliator style scrub, you can! Just make sure it's the kind with the round beads and not an almond shell or salt scrub, as they warn that the rough edges could damage your skin.- Rechargeable! No more stocking up on batteries. The charge lasts for 20 minutes of scrubbing, so it takes a little while to wear it down between charging.- Because of the sonic vibrations, they claim that any lotions or serums you apply after cleansing will better absorb into the skin. I'm a believer.CONS:- I wish I had noticed that the Mia 2 not only didn't "come with" the body brush, but that the body brush isn't compatible. I would love to get my back and other dry spots for glowing skin head to toe and I'm just not a contortionist, plus the body brush is bigger so you can get a larger area covered quicker.- This does cost more than your average drugstore model, but an investment in the health of your skin is not some kind of beauty fad. Take care of your skin now and it'll look better, longer.SIDE NOTE: I saw that proactive recently came out with their own brush. The bristles look really really long on their model and I cannot imagine why they did that (maybe just to set themselves apart and claim they aren't copying?). It seems that any "sonic" action would just make those things go nuts and possibly cause broken capillaries with the random movement. The short, stout brush of the Mia 2 does an excellent job, so why try to change it? :)CONCLUSION: If you can scrape your pennies together, this brush is WELL WORTH IT. If you want to also get your body and back, consider the upgraded model (unless you work in a carnival or circus and have no trouble reaching your back on your own). :) You should see clearer, healthier skin within the first week and continued improvement with regular use. That was my experience, and now I cannot imagine going back to just washing up with my hands alone. That's just craziness. Invest in your skin and treat it well. This brush helped me stop abusing my skin with acne washes, peels, creams and the like. Now I just use a gentle, all-natural facial wash from Absolutely Natural and follow with my favorite Facials lotion (also from Absolutely Natural). So no harsh chemicals there. :)
