Can it remove if infusable ink outta shirt

I don’t believe it removes ink. Just vinyl.

Does this remove professional grade vinyl transfer? Not just Cricut transfers?

No. I would not recommend this product to remove any vinyl. It was a waste of my money.

If I use this on a shirt, can I then iron something in the same spot or is there residue that keeps it from sticking properly- on a polyester jersey?

You can place new image over if bigger than original piece. You can remove ALL residue using a circular toothbrush technique.

Will these remove the sticky adhesive left from htv vinyl on black shirt?

It definitely helps. If it's old the shirt will have a lighter area where the htv us to sit.
