My husband has been taking this for years. Love the added nutrients in it. He takes a blood pressure pill and if you look deep those rob your body of CoQ 10. This vitamin has that in it! He likes the tablets instead of the gel. It gives his body what he needs on a daily and he is overall very healthy!

Great multivitamin with high bioavailability at a reasonable price.

I had a friend who went into for an X-ray and he showed methe xray that showed his multivitamin in his lower intestine undissolved. After seeing this, that's the last time I ever took a Multivitamin in Pill Form and now Whenever possible I avoid the compressed tablet or caplet products. Seems that to get so much into a pill they have to compact it very tightly and it may not be easily dissolved. [Seeing is Believing]The two alternatives in Multi-Vitamins are in Liquid or Soft Gel form. Soft Gel are more convenient and don't have to be refrigerated. I went to Amazon looking for a Softgel Multi. Bingo this was the only one that I found. Men and Women have different nutritional needs, I liked that this was named Adam and geared towards men. By the way my wife now uses Eve. Others have commented in depth about the mix of Vitamins and amino acid, and minerals. This one has all three. I"m in the Nutrition Industry and recognize that this formula has most if not all of the majors you should have in a Multi Vitamin. Of course there are other vitamins with even more ingredients but...No matter how good the formula if it get's pooped out undissolved the Vitamin is useless. So I'll recommend this vitamin on the merit that if you take it, it will be dissolved easily and you get all the vitamins into your system.

This looks to be a great multivitamin.I have tried a few different multis and was taking more and more vitamins each day. This vitamin has bioactive forms in use, instead of the cheapest ingredient they could find.I don't like the lack of magnesium, but I just take a separate magnesium before bed each night.I would say this is a very affordable alternative to anyone looking at the more expensive multi'sAs far as my multivitamin ranking goes right now, I would rank this third for what all is included.(Legion Triumph > Source Naturals Men's Lifeforce > Now Foods ADAM)It is worth noting that you get 120 days of vitamins for the same price as 20 days worth of legion, and 30 days worth of Ment's Lifeforce

This multivitamin has more to offer than centrum. Also has high levels of vitamin B comparing to an additional B complex all in one.

I'd been buying store brand multivitamins until I'd realized that they were full of cheap crap with little bioavailability. I'm happy I switched. These actually feel like they're doing something, which I honestly didn't expect. Better sleep more energy. Who knew!?

I have been using Adam for years. Just discovered Tablets. I have always ordered Gell Caps, but in the Arizona heat one needs to be careful of when to order. My last order got hot and what a mess. Now with Tablets, timing is not an issue.
