Before getting this switch I went through several that either didn't work, had issues, or quit working over time. I finally ended up spending $90 on a Startech 4 in 1 out switch based on its high reviews. It worked great, but I ended up needing another for a different room. I decided to try out this one because I've had good luck with other UGreen products that all worked well too (USB Hubs, etc). This one is phenomenal! After using it for months I decided to order another to use to replace the Startech in the original room so as to have one extra port as this one is 5 in 1 out. I also love that the remote takes standard AAA batteries as I use Panasonic Eneloop rechargeables for all of my remotes. Here's my use case for these just in case it helps anyone wanting to make sure it works with the following devices: Room 1 (media/retro gaming room): I have an older Sony sound bar that has 3 HDMI inputs and one out on the subwoofer. I have a Roku Ultra and an HD-DVD player hooked directing into the soundbar. I use the third input to use this HDMI switcher. Hooked up to the switch is a Raspberry Pi running retropie with lots and lots of emulators. Port 2 is an XBOX 360 with the add on HD-DVD player. Port 3 is a Playstation 3. Port 4 is a PS4. Port 5 is a Steam Deck docking station. The HDMI out on the soundbar goes first into an HDMI duplicator which outputs the video signal simultaneously to an older Panasonic plasma 1080p TV circa 2009, and also to a ceiling mounted Epson Laser projector that's pointed at an 80" high gain pulldown screen. I can switch between all devices and it switches quickly and looks great on either or both displays. The 2nd room is my bedroom: Here I have a wall mounted 42" LCD TV that has three HDMI inputs. I have a Roku soundbar hooked up to HDMI 1, and a Bluray player on HDMI 2. I have this switch hooked up to HDMI 3. On the switch I have a Mac Mini on 1. A Playstation TV (plays Vita games and streams games from your PS3/4 on your home network) on port 2. Port three has a Steam Link (to stream games from your PC on your home network) but I may move that someday since on port 4 I have another Steam Deck dock and this is where my Steam Deck lives most of the time. Port 5 is open but I may add another device to my bedroom setup someday... Anyway, great product for a great price-point! UGreen is awesome and this HDMI Switch continues my admiration for their quality products at a decent price!

All but one of the HDMI inputs on my Sony receiver had died and I thought I was going to have to spring for a new receiver, but this 5 in 1 out splitter solved my problem perfectly. The price was a bargain, set up super easy, the remote working fine over the 12 feet distance between my chair and the splitter, and all 5 inputs connecting as they should. I see the listing page suggesting this device can work well for gaming purposes but I can't comment on this splitter when it comes to gaming since I only use it for video use (Blu-ray, Fire stick, Roku, computer, etc.). Sometimes splitters carry a brief signal delay that makes heavy duty high speed gaming difficult so for that use I suggest checking out other reviews. But for every day ability to switch from one device to another on a video display, this little splitter has been terrific. The video on our 65inch LG OLED display remains incredibly sharp and detailed with no delay in video nor sound. I've noticed that some reviewers had problems with the splitter needing to be restarted or having other glitches but so far mine has worked fine out of the box. It draws its power via the HDMI cables so it does not have an external power cord. Please note that I am using this splitter for basic every day video purposes for which it is working like a champ. Please check out some of the other reviews for more in depth reviews of diagnostics. Also, if any issues arise I will update this review as needed.

Its easy to set up, it looks nice, works great, good value, but... if you want to use it with a capture card it might not work. It does not with mine. Im still rating it 4 stars because its a good product, but not working with capture cards sucks a lot, since I now have no use for it

I was looking for a KVM switch that could handle UWQHD, but there isn't many options. So I decided to use my existing KVM to control keyboard and mouse, and use an HDMI switch to control the monitor. Not the best setup, but it works. I currently have four systems attached to the switch and all work perfectly. I get a full 3440x1440 from each system. To switch to a system, I just push the button on the switch that I have installed under the monitor. Note, I am not using the USB-C power connection and it works fine. Though, I have not used the remote. Maybe you need the external power for that to work properly.

This HDMI switch was very easy to set up. I That have an Xbox one, a TiVo and a DVR connected and the signal appears to be perfect with no lag. The remote control is very straightforward. The price was about what I expected to pay. I would recommend this.

this UGREEN HDMI Switch 5 in 1 Out 4K@60Hz, HDMI Splitter with Remote 5 Port Switcher works great easy to set up and with the remote you can switch from TV to Firestick streeming or your DVD Vedie player easy. I got tired of having to use another controler all the time and before had to use more than one hdmi port on the TV. so you have less cables for all you devices hanging off the back of the TV which was always being bumped by my cat whol loved to hide behind the TV ha ha so I recomend it,,,,

Finally did some major cable hiding and now have one cable from TV to this splitter and all cables from the splitter to devices. Much cleaner. Functions well and the remote is handy

Worked well for one year now with the ps5 it flickers and is unusable. I’m not sure why the change after a year. I also noticed the picture quality had much improved connecting the ps5 directly to the tv instead of going through this switch. I’m sad. It was really nice with the remote when it worked well.

Keeping in mind Ugreen credentials in mind , it was my last try to test a HDMI 5 in 1 out switcher due to many devices i have in my kitty . I connected AppleTV 4k, Nvidia shield pro , google chromcast and airtel extream and amazon firtv max pro It passed both dolby vision and dolby atmos Remote is powerd by AA batteries which is good Switcheing between devices was smooth for minimum 3 devices But connecting five needs more power as per my TV input Mi tv which is a simple crap Later on inmay test on other tv set Firtv max pro is showing incompatibility Throwing bluescreen , but 3 devices work smoothly I had a orei hdmi connector 5 in 1 and its remote died within one month . Overall ugreen is worth money in 2 days test peroid

J'ai un lecteur Blu-Ray, ma Freebox, ma console de jeux. LE TOUT PASSANT PAR UNE BARRE DE SON qui pilote la TV 4K Samsung. Grace à la compatibilité CEC, aucun problème ! ☼ IN du boitier : tout mes périphériques , ☼ OUT connecté à ma barre de son, ☼ la barre de son connectée à la TV Je peux passer d'un périphérique à l'autre avec 2 télécommandes. 1) la télécommande du boitier pour switcher de port HDMI 2) la télécommande du périphérique DEFAUTs ET REGRETs : 1) L'appareil ne permet pas le switch automatique MAIS C'EST ANNONCE DANS LE DESCRIPTIF DE L'ARTICLE 2) L'appareil est trop léger pour des câbles HDMI bien trop lourds, rigides : moralité il a du mal à tenir en place. Problème réglé avec un scratch.

Ik heb deze nu een week en hellemaal top . Voorlopig mijn google tv en 2 x pc op aangesloten En werkt helelmaal top . Wat ik heel fijn vindt dat je manual hem op een ander kanaal moet zetten . Die ik hiervoor had ging gelijk op een ander kanaal en dat vondt ik persoonlijk niks . Afstandbediening werkt ook super vanaf de bank ongeveer 5 meter . Dus is dit een aanrader zeker wel Prijs was ook heel netjes zeker voor een 5 poorts
