This was very easy to put together thanks to the clips included. There was a lot of extra chain, but I just looped it around several times. The pillow is a bit small for the chair, but this allows a lot of space for my daughter's stuffed animal collection to join her on the chair. Note that the rope stretches out when you sit in it, so I had to raise it up after a week of use. I'm a pretty handy mom, so I was able to find a ceiling joist and drill the required holes. Took a lot of my upper body strength to ratchet the screws into the joist. The ceiling attachment has 4 holes for screws, but they were spaced too far apart to all fit into the inch-and-a-half joist. I turned it so that two of the holes/screws were centered in the joist. The other two, I screwed into the ceiling, but they are just for show. Two screws in the ceiling joist holds me and my daughter with no trouble. If you're able to use all 4, your whole family would probably be held up!

I did a lot of looking until I purchase this chair. This is the only model I found including a cushion that looked decent. I ended replacing up with a floor pillow from target because I didn’t like the look of the other one. Included all hardware needed, in my case I added piece to ensure the swing will move 360o without twisting of the chain. this was meant for a kid so I sit on it to ensure it will stretch out before cutting the chain, it had some giving so I’m glad I did it. This pics don’t show it but we ended cutting the chains for better look once we were sure of the height

I would give this chair 5 stars but I am forced to give it 3 because only half the package came. The package was poorly packaged and the box had many holes and side pieces of cardboard. When it arrived I was excited, but when I pulled it out it had only come with the chair and the pillow, it did not come with the parts to hang it up. I was going to return this item and order another one, with a report for the owner but I didn't want to receive something like this again. I ended up just buying the chain and other parts separately. The chair is good and overall pretty comfy. There are a few spots were the rope is frayed. It holds me well. The pillow is a let down. It did not come with a cover and it was pretty cheaply made. Over all I say be prepared to buy spare parts if in case it does not come with any. (I have only had this chair up for a day, I will post another comment if it breaks er etc.)

When I was ordering this item, I was very excited in receiving it because I wanted to place it in my bedroom. But upon receiving said item, I was surely disappointed. I guess I had very high expectations, but what can I say; I couldn't help it. The chair in itself is good, it is quite sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. But setting it up is a pain in itself. There is a lot that you have to do in order to get the chair set up and on top of that hassle, I was short a screw. So I had to go and buy one for it. My package itself was not as sealed as it should have been. Overall it is okay, because I would recommend on getting the item. But be aware of the hassle that may come.
