I'm used to using crock bags to make clean up easier. Can I use those in this unit?

I think the bags will fit, but you really will not need them at all. The nonstick is so good it takes no more than 1 minute, at the most, to clean this crock pot and no loss of food in a bag.

Can you make a turkey in this?

Just curious for anyone who has...why wouldn't you make a turkey in it?! Trying to figure out if I can use this.

How does the sous vide work ?

I have a different type of sous vide. Not sure if you’re familiar with them or not. You would put your meat in a zip loc bag and add it to the pot and cover with water and it will cook to whatever temperature you want. I cook steaks to 130° and the. Do a quick sear in butter and it’s a perfect tender medium rare. It holds the temp and doesn’t keep cooking.

How is it different from the previous model? Is it bigger?

It is bigger than our previous ninja. Has a few more features too.
