Absolutely perfect
This stand is well built, heavy, and stable. I used it almost fully extended with a with a Sure SM58 mic on the end. It was about 9 feet in the air on a wooden stage and did not waver. It would be nice if it had more cable clamps. I’ve used it both indoors and it has been stable on both concrete and grass.

Relatively inexpensive stands for drum overheads.
These are great stands, German-made and quality manufacturing throughout. They are far heavier than the typical microphone stand, but that is a huge advantage when you are putting a microphone 6+ feet into the air. I use these for drum overheads above a very large double bass kit. If you put a tube condenser on the end, even these stands will sway a little bit. However, they are a LOT cheaper than a heavy duty tripod mic stand for drum overheads. Thoroughly satisfied with these.

Second/Replaced Used stand with ripped box.
Great stand. Poor customer service. Ordered two on April 29. First one was used and scratched, repackaged poorly. Second was fine. Replacement stand was used and the box was ripped open. I will use another vendor.

Tall and Heavy
This stand exceeded expectations, although I bought it used. Some parts were missing, but I can tell this would've been an amazing stand. It is much taller than my starting-out stand- I really had to get used to carrying it around and not hitting stuff!- and it is heavy, over 10 pounds. It should support any mic and some starting-out isolation shields. Everything comes apart (2 pieces) and can be transported easily. It's nice to have a stand that is taller than me!

One Star
Brackets slip even when tightened. Cannot hold a studio recording mic with pop filter well.

Incredibly sturdy and flexible in placement
Really really sturdy. I have an sE Electronics 2200 condenser mic and my old desktop stand from Guitar Center would have to be retightened and readjusted all the time. With this stand, I have so many more ways to place the microphone and it is easy to adjust. Once I have it locked in place it never moves, and the boom can be placed out of the way and over my head. Overall a great product.

... for recording my drums all of them have really sturdy, heavy
I bought all K&M mic stands for recording my drums all of them have really sturdy, heavy, and durable bases. More expensive than other brands but I'm also not worried about these stands falling over or breaking. Definitely money well spent.

Sturdy Stand
Solid and sturdy with a great reach over the kit. Heavy to carry, but stable for large condensers mics.

Robustesse et stabilité
C'est mon deuxième trépied à micro. Il a un contrepoids qui améliore l'équilibre général et la stabilité du micro. il est solide, fonctionnel et a de multiples positions. Bref, un trépied de professionnels.

Worth every penny!!
I use this for my YouTube channel to keep my Blue Yeti out of the frame. Unlike cheaper Mic stands..it is totally stable and easily locks in position.
