Easy, delicious and nutritious!
My children still drink this after almost 20 years - even one with a chronic digestive disease (*everyone is different, this is not medical advice). I was the best mom ever for letting them have hot cocoa for breakfast! It's so easy to add the powder to smoothies and oatmeal, too (just don't forget there is already some sugar in the Carnation). We order this for my dad who drinks this every morning. By far the best price to get a large quantity. Product comes quickly. I also love this stuff. the flavor is great. I have not looked to see if there is a sugar free version which I would prefer.

There are pros and cons
I couldn’t figure out how to open box so it would reseal. First packet I removed must have had a pin size hole in it, I had Breakfast Mix to clean up on my counter and dump the rest of the packets to shake out mix that clung to some packets and loose in box. It is very convenient and affordable, provides the days nutrition, and tastes great. I mixed it in a shaker bottle; about 90% mixed. Tomorrow I’ll try the frother.

I buy this all the time! Very nutritous making a smoothie with frozen wild blueberries, dark cocoa powder, chua seeds and sine malt powder!! A meal in itself and soo tasty!!
