I was skeptical ordering this because I prefer and try to buy American made products whenever I can for a number of reasons, but brand name safes this size from the US with these features are hard to find 100% made in the US and usually cost at least twice as much. Several I looked at were made in the US but with some imported parts, mainly the electronics and push button keypads, and they had less than average reviews for quality, so I bought this instead. This company is based in Texas, and these safes are made overseas. It’s well made, solid, has 2 lock latches, and as far as I can tell, has no flaws where it can be opened easily, accidently or intentionally, while bypassing the three secure locking methods. It’s perfect for what I need it for. Wanted a smaller sized safe to keep my handgun safely locked up out of kids reach. So far so good with the electronics. Very easy to set up. Great customer support. I had a minor issue when I received the safe, emailed a message on the website, and had an answer that resolved the issue in less than a day. This will not replace a heavier, higher security safe, but if you need a reliable safe that’ll lock up a couple medium sized handguns or one large gun, is easy to set up, opens everytime with the fingerprints, has a backup combination and key entry, great price and excellent customer support, you can’t go wrong.

Working good, more than enough storage. Everything is easy to use. It mounts nice and easy secured. It isn't way too much. Seems to be very strong. And it's portable, which is what I like. If I need to move it, it's really easy to do not a problem. Whatsoever, I like the fact that I can secure it and then in a flash, pick it up and take off with it. If I need to for whatever reason, it's not a big process. Definitely a good deal. Highly recommend this one fingerprint. Everything works good. I'm definitely a good deal. I wasn’t asked to write this. I’m just shocked at how good it is. So stinking simple to set up with a 6-digit passcode and fingerprint for every finger and toe you have. USB-C charging is a big plus. The small size safe has plenty of space for my compact firearm with optic and light + 2 spare mags. All of that was already great, but add to it the app so you can see battery life, change passcodes (need to know the current passcode to change it), open the safe, and more - and you have a fantastic safe and great user experience overall. I own a Stopbox (if you know you know), but this safe is so fast and easy it’s now my go to for keeping my peace-maker out of reach from my kids and I’m moving the Stopbox to the truck. Highly recommend you get this safe.

Updated review: 4 stars. Within a day of my original review going live, Billconch contacted me to make sure I was satisfied with their product. While I stand by my original review and my criticisms of the safe, it may have come across a little harsh with only 3 stars. Despite the shortcomings of the safe and wanting those improvements made, I still like the safe and would probably buy it again. It would be a perfect safe if they fixed those things. Good product, awesome company! Original review: 3 stars. From the very start this is a great safe, with some decent shortcomings. The quality is great, the fingerprint sensor works well, I like the interior light, and overall it does the job. Here’s the not-so-good: why on earth would you not have holes to make this wall-mountable? I drilled a couple holes and mounted this in an inconspicuous place, but why in the world did I have to drill my own holes? 🤦‍♂️ Next, programming the fingerprints is easy, once you figure out what you are supposed to do. To program, you place your finger then move. I held my finger there expecting some type of confirmation tone, until I figured it out. Instructions are poor regarding programming fingerprints. Lastly, the light will stay on as long as the door is open. I would have preferred a time-out on the light, instead, if I forget to close it after grabbing a pew it will draw attention. Overall, good purchase, but it needs refinement.

I received my first safe from Amazon with some damage and issues. I ended up contacting Billconch support. I received an immediate response. The customer support that I received from Billconch was beyond what I had expected. Not only was Billconch service outstanding the safe exceeded my expectations. The safe is very well designed and made. The instructions made the set up very easy. I put the my fingerprint into the safes biometric scanner and it works flawlessly each time to open the safe. I highly recommend Billconch for their outstanding products and service.

Works very well! Super easy to get setup! Seems very sturdy and it fits my 9 and a pack of ammo comfortably and two packs but it makes it a bit snug haha
